MR. HECTOR was my estimator!!! I wish I could give him 5k stars!!!! 🥹🥹I am in tears of how much this man took the time to repair my vehicle to NEW AGAIN!!! I told Hector how much my truck means to me, bc my sister loss her life/battle to cancer, and a couple of years after her passing... it paid for my truck!!!! Not only did he take the time to listen. But I noticed Hector had cleaned my truck on the inside and out, and ITS BEAUTIFUL. I'M IN TOTAL AWE OF THIS HUMAN BC THIS IS MORE THAN A JOB FOR HIM ITS A CALLING.🙌🏾 THANK YOU HECTOR SOO MUCH! I Hope you get to see this and your boss so he can give you 5 raises!!! One raise per 🌟!!❤️🙏🏾💪🏾 Edited: I also wanted to give the Beautiful Specimen that works the front desk at this location recognition. Going through this is hard already, but she was a DELIGHT!!! Funny, brilliant and super personal!! ❤️ I don't know her name but she is the "Chaos Mgr" lol. A front desk, receptionist ect are The FIRST IMPRESSIONS for a business, and she is a GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION! THANK YOU ALL.

Probably the worst communication from a “professional shop” ever. Vehicle sat for over a week and no one reached out to let us know. They then said they would tow it to another shop, so I said let me know when you do so I can inform the other shop. I told the lady 4 times to make sure I’m notified, Of course they don’t let me know and I have to find out that the trucks been dropped off from the new shop, not caliber. Don’t waste your time, or your insurances time. Find another shop.

I came by for an estimate out pocket, I did not have an appointment but the front desk went to find out if someone was available and they got Anil. Anil dropped what he was working on at the time and we walked around my truck and he went in and wrote an estimate for me, which I'm still deciding on the repairs and my next course of action. However, Anil went out of his way and was professional with an accurate estimate and I will recommend Anil and Caliber for any repairs that my friends may need as well as myself.

They get a 2 for the speed. Thats the positive part. When I came for my initial appointment, I sat for about 20 minutes until I had to call them to be acknowledged. Granted, they said geico made the appointment and they don’t always know when that happens. But still…questionable. Hector was nice and accommodating. He got me taken care of. He even advised me of a wheel bearing issue. I appreciate him for that. I came in with needing my bumper fixed, pained, and my rim replaced. The paint was pretty decent, but my rim was the wrong color. That makes me question the due diligence of the technician. They had 3 other for reference, plus the one they took off. When I let Hector know, he rubbed a different rim, like it was dirty, but realized it’s grey and not silver. He said he’d order me another. An inconvenience for me that could’ve been avoided. I believe they have to remove both bumpers for sensors and such. The technician put my bumper on so sloppily, I had to write this review. I can stick my finger in places they’re not suppose to be. Then they left a dirty paper mat half crumbled on the passenger seat floor as icing on the cake.

I got my 2019 Kia soul “fixed” after a major $10k accident at their location April-June of 2021 and to this day I still find parts that were not installed properly, taken out, or unfixed. I found a missing clip under the hood, missing bolts for my radiator, clip in panel in the trunk is missing that wasn’t before, and my wiring harness connecting the alternator is frayed. All from the accident that was only front end damage. Yes they did fix my car, but some the parts haven’t lasted nearly as long as the original ones. Now I have to replace them myself after only a year & 1/2. If you do business here make sure you do a thorough examination of your vehicle before you leave, and request only new parts to be used.
